My real name...is of no importance to you.
A whole bunch of nicknames...but it'll be better if you stick with calling me "Jeff"...or in this case, "Sapphire Wolf"
Age...17
Date of birth...September 22, 1985
A Split Personality...Usually seen as a cheerful, nice (too nice), caring, naive, optimistic person. It's true that this personality is dominant in me... but gaze into my other side...into the dark depths of my soul...where the cold and evil girl rests...Trust me, you wouldn't want to mess with her. She comes out now and then when the sad realities of life threaten to rip apart my cheerful side. So dont wonder why I might sound really positive at times and then really negative the other...
My Hobbies include...BASKETBALL and other sports, writing, reading, drawing, eating, sleeping, video games, etc.

Summer Blues....
July 14,2003

Hey there!!! ^___^ Man... I'm supposedly on my summer "vacation"...but nooooo...I have so much damn stuff to do... and it's so damn HOT, too! (I know I just rhymed.)

*sighs* I just got back home an hour ago. I went to the mall: Glendale Galleria, with Jerica, Churro, and Djoanna today. We spent almost the whole day there doing crazy stuff. We went window shopping, trying on clothes (*aherm* gowns... damn!!! they forced me into trying on a dress!!! Raaarrr!!!), having some fun with make-up (uhm...exclude me in there), eating, laughing, etc...etc...

Around 3:30pm, we left coz I had to go to school to pick up my results from the placement test I took last thursday. Churro was kind enough to accompany me and treat me to some Ice Mocha because I had scored the highest. ^___^

Basically, Basketball practice has started again and we have a new coach. Coach Sanders. Heheheh... pretty cool...and cute as well... and very patient, too. ^___^

Then tomorrow, I'm going to start with my summer classes and DAMN!!! It's from 6-9 PM!!!! Noooo!!!! Why does it have to be THIS late? Oh well....

Anyways, gotta go... oh before I do that, I ask you to check out: BARKADAHAN

That's the site for the Filipino Club I joined in. It has some pics of me and some of my friends here. Heheheh... ^___^

June 30, 2003

Hey there! long time no blog! I know...I know...Sorry. Heheeheh....

Anyways, I'm here right now in school, sitting in my Biology class, in front of the computer, and beside one of the greatest friends I've ever found. Heehee...

(Miyazawa: Hey! What? Why are you putting that?
Sapphire: Mwahahahaah!!!!! ^____^)

(Miyazawa: You will! Gusto mo ba batukan kita ngayon?
Sapphire: BWAHAHAHAHA!!! *choke* >___< )

Let's see... the school is so empty!!!! Not completely...but still...quite empty. There are like 10 students in the entire school. LAst Day of school...that's why. Most students dont even bother to go to school...

(Miyazawa: Why are you typing what I'm saying?
Sapphire: ....... *types madly* hehehehe....
Miyazawa: Sapphire is screwing up.... this is fun... ^__^)

Weee!!! I'm practically free!!!! I'm planning to demolish the whole school later on.... I'm gonna cause so much chaos...it's unimaginable. Bwahahahahahaha!!! *evil maniac laugh echoes* Hehehehe....

Lemme see... since I havent blogged for such a long time, I guess I do have to update you guys with what has been going on. Hmmm.... *trying to remember* damn...so much stuff has happened that I cant even remember. But lemme give you a short over view:

Gone mad...
May 24,2003

Hey there, peeps! I'm sorry if I have been gone so damn long. Doesnt matter now does it? hehehe. I dont really feel like blogging...but felt like updating...so I'll probably just input some quick updates about my messed up head and life.

Messed up...yeah, you got that right. F*&^%$ up more like it. Okay...sorry for the language...but yeah...that's one way to describe it. So what's up? Nothing much.... Just for the people who visit my pathetic blog often... answer me this... how can I completely forget a person I have somehow fallen for?

"What the fudge?!?"
April 20,2003

Ooh yeah... hahaha... cant think of a damn title right now, so thought that I would stick and be satisfied with that as of now. Pathetic, huh?

So, what's up? Nothing much if you ask me. Same old stuff, I guess. Oh yeah, wait a sec... I attented my friend's 15th birthday yesterday. She's hispanic, from Salvador...so they had it really special. They called it her "Mis XV anos". They had a pretty big celebration. It's like a Debut celebration in Philippines. Cool... but they celebrate it when they turn 15 years old.... compared to us Filipinos, we celebrate it when the girl turns 18. Right? Did I get that right? Hope so... hehehe... so anyways, she took us along on a Limo ride to Sta. Monica beach too, before we headed back to the Hollywood Dance Dall for the Banquet and dancing. (Dont get me wrong...I didnt dance...LOL!)Got home at around 9:00 pm after the party... hehehe... I found it really fun...plus it was my first time to ride a Limo! Really cool! Hehehe...

Okay, one more thing before I go....

To all the LAKER fans out there... Play-off's have started and our beloved LAKER team is on their way to 4-PEAT... Ooh yeah! Results for the first game for the first round against the Minnesota Timberwolves:

LA LAKERS: 117
Timberwolves: 98

Ooh yeah! That's what I'm talking about! Haha! Let's go LAKERS! Let's go! ^___^

I finally have a life!
March 12,2003

Weeeeeee!!!! I'm so happy!!! Hehehehehe!!! Weeee!!! LOL! ^___^

"I've just realized that I have the coolest friends ever!" Farrah told me this earlier during the day when we were in the public library with Solomiya, Natalya, and Kiara. It was one of the most fun days I have ever had in my life...so I definately have to agree with Farrah when she said that. ^___^

Yep, it's a Saturday, and a Saturday like no other. Us ballers, meaning Solomiya, Natalya, Farrah, Kiara, and I... had made plans to meet in school at 10:30 am to play some hoops and do some drills. (Talk about dedicated players! Hehe!) It was really cool! I was able to try-out the new Basketball shoes my older brother had bought me! Yep! My first real Basketball shoes! Nike custom-made with shox, and my name on it! Hell yeah! ^___^ Heheheh... So anyways, we played basketball till 12:30 or so... although the time seemed to have gone by really quick. ^_^;; Then afterwhich, we headed to the chinese restaurant we usually hang out in after Basketball practices after school...(we also hang out at Mcdonald's, too...depends where we feel like eating after school. ^___^) We ate some lunch...man was that good... and chatted and laughed a hell lot! Woo! Really fun! My stomach was aching from so much laughing! hehehe! We were quite loud that some people who came to eat in the restaurant were staring at us. LOL. oh well. heheh... And then, we decided to go to the Public Library. Heheheh!!! If you're thinking we finally had some quite time to ourselves in this part...you thought wrong. LOL! Even if we couldnt really make noise, we still managed to have lots of fun. LOL! It was really cool. heheheh!

Unfortunately, the day had gone by too fast...and I wished it could've gone longer. I have never had so much fun in one day... and the good thing is, I was finally able to go out and just hang out with my friends on a weekend! I'm betting that if I tell my older brother this, he would be so proud of me, coz he's been forcing me to drag myself out and have fun outside during the weekends for a long time now. hehehe! Oh well... I dont regret following his advice on this one! ^___^

It does feel good to just go and hang-out with my friends after the stressing days in school... heehee!! I'm looking forward to the next ones...

But then again, even if I am having loads of fun with my friends here, I still havent forgotten about the fun days I had with my friends in Philippines... although now...now that I've experienced lots of fun with my friends here... I dont have to feel left out...

Anyways, what else has happened? Oh yeah, I'm also proud of myself... coz finally, for the first time ever, I have donated blood. Yep! I was brave enough to donate my blood in the UCLA blood drive my Leadership class had sponsored last Wednesday. Hehehe! I'm so happy! Although, some people thought I was crazy....crazy but brave... most people were impressed. Hehehe! They thought I was crazy for donating my blood without getting anything in return. But I just told them that I was satisfied enough at the thought that I was actually helping save someone's life. Hehehe!

Random Updates...
April 6,2003

Hey there... Lol...amazing, huh? I'm actually blogging again. Sorry for the delay. I've been really busy with the tons of school work I have to deal with...plus Basketball everyday after school and the Leadership activities. *sighs* oh well...

Ok... first up... I just want to say that I'm really happy that my english teacher didnt get fired. *grins* Hehehe... But sadly, the war against Iraq still goes on. Crazy people... =_=....What are they trying to do? Bring forth the end of the world? Jeez...

Ok...my mind is totally blank. Hehehe... I've been messed up and tired since I came home from school friday night. Speaking of which, I was able to call up Aya that night... heheh! That was fun...even if it did cost me to make a one hour, long distance call. It was worth it anyways. ^__^ Again...I just want to greet her Belated Happy 17th Birthday Yihee!!! The baby is now a Lady! LOL LOL LOL!!! ^____^ She said that I sounded a bit different coz now I really have that American accent. *sweatdrop* ohhh...kkkk.... sure... hehehe... Oh yeah, and I also proved to her that I can still speak Tagalog! HA! Right, Aya? Huuhuhhhhhuuu...I miss you already!!! LOL...

Anyways...

I think most of my friends here are having Spring Fever... They're all lovey-dovey...bleh! >_< Mushy people...*grin* Good thing I still have Solo... she doesnt think of boys as of now. So I have someone that I can relate to... Hehehe! ^___^ Besides, we both have Basketball as our first priority...well, aside from studies that is. Hehe!

Woo-hoo! Slept late last night. My older brother came by and brought some DVD's...hheheh...we watched The Others and the four-hour version of Lord of the Ring: Fellowship of the Ring... cool...cool...hehhe...although we didnt really finish LOTR... hehehe... oh well...

Damn! It's cold! Weird, weird weather! One day it's really hot the next day it's really really cold! Is spring season supposed to be like this? Brrrrrr!!! >_<

Ok... I pretty much typed in a lot of nonsense...so I'll end now... Oh wait, before I go I just want to congratulate some important people to me...

Congratulations Aya, Valine and Regina... I'm so proud of you guys! Happy Graduation! Love ya!

Valine! Future CEO!!! Yihee!!

Aya! My future Lawyer! Heheheh! Naks!

Reg! Politician! Hehe!

Congratulations!

Heheheh... Arent you glad that you're already leaving Woodrose? LOL!! Hahahaha!!! Congrats! ^___^

Thank God it's Friday...
March 21,2003

Ah...finally! It's a Friday! That means I could sleep....sleep...and sleep.... ^____^

But not till I finish this blog entry and update my dear friends... >=P heheheh...

First off...monday...that day was actually okay and all...except when we went to basketball practice after school. Coach had some really bad news for us... the school canceled our League Season. Why? Mainly, because most of the people in the League didnt have good enough grades so they were uneligable to play. That, unfortunately, left us with not enough players. Another reason was, some school administrators (coach didnt mention names) were against us having a girls Basketball League. They've also canceled Girls Softball team as well. Ch. Racists... >_< Anyways...so unfortunately, we couldnt do anything about it, we were forced to stop.

But then again, most of the team were still dedicated and wanted to keep sticking together and play after school. Which is a great idea coz I have to keep in shape and stuff, since Coach wants me to play for JV (junior Varsity)...which is way better than League. ^___^ Coach says that, he knows I'm gonna do really well in JV coz of the dedication and attitude he sees in me. He also added that I'm a favorite of Coach Jeffrey. ^___^ Heheheh...

So anyways, it was pretty sad that our League got cancelled, but then again, I was happy to have gone through it. I basically dont regret it. I met loads of new friends who are totally FUN to be with. They're the kind of people that would cause you to laugh the whole day. ^__^ And stand up for you. ^___^ It's as if we're just one whole great team. ^___^ Besides that, I also experienced more courage and learned more patience. So to make a long list short, Basketball has thought me even more lessons in life. Heheheh... ^___^

So anyways, even if they ended our league, most of us still stick together and play everyday after school. Haha! We are actually called "Ballers" already. ^___^ LOL! Besides, most of us are training hard to get in JV. Heheheh... ^___^

Oh yeah, lemme introduce some of my friends whom I hang out with: Farrah... she's basically the first person whom I got really close with. She's filipino. She's very mature but still has a wacky side. She's labeled the "Madison...Mad dog" in our group. Heheheh... She's really funny and a good poet as well. Heheheh. Solomiya... met her since last semester, she's my fellow Laker-lover. (GO LAKERS!!) She's from Ukraine...and she loves Rick Fox. She's damn good in basketball (She's in JV...and she's a starter as well...Coach actually wants her to transfer to Varsity, but then she refuses coz she doesnt like the people in that team. ^__^)...she could do the Magic Johnson move which gets me most of the time...Rrar! Plus the Kobe Bryant move. (I was able to do that a while ago! Thanks to Solomiya's lessons! Weeee!!!)She's very hardworking and I actually look up to her as one of my role models. ^___^ Heheheh... But I do have a goal of one day playing as good as her. ^___^ Natalya...Solomiya's younger sister. Another Laker fan and the "Derek Fisher" of our group. Heheheh! She has a time wherein she could just talk endlessly...but very interesting though. Hehehe! She's funny and very upbeat and hyper. She's always hyper and smiling everytime you see her. ^___^ Kiara... Jason Kidd!!! I'm serious! This girl has kick ass passes! She's a pro in assists as well as finishes. She's a very unselfish player. She's the best ball handler I have ever seen. She's a master at no-look passes! And she has a pretty cool personality as well...she's very hilarious especially when she gets hyper from candy. ^___^ Gloria...oh my gosh...comedian extraordinaire! With this girl around...gosh...you wouldnt be able to stop laughing. She's so full of crazy antics and she's very loud. She never ceases to amaze me. LOL! (Dies from laughing after remembering some earlier laughing sessions in school.) Ahahahahahahah!!!

Anyways, those were just some of my friends, I have more...but I just wanted to focus on the Basketball people this time. ^___^

Anyways, let's fast forward the week. Now it's Friday. LOL. Heheheh... Fast, huh? >=D

Hmmm... what happened today??? Oh yeah... one was the walk-out some students had during second period. Their reason: STOP THE WAR. I totally agree with this but I didnt join the walk-out coz I knew that they were gonna get in some major trouble with the police and all plus get suspended. And they did. I dont wanna talk about it...it's too sad and frustrating. One more thing that I'm upset about is that our principal is so damn close minded...she might fire my english teacher because she thinks that he was the one who started the walk-out. This is so untrue! He was actually one of the people who tried stopping the students from walking-out. But the principal didnt believe him and wants him fired. NNNNNOOOOOOOOOO!!!! If she fire's him... I'm gonna cry! He's my favorite teacher! He's the coolest teacher I have coz of so many reasons...but mainly because he truly understands us. I say the Principal is being unfair. damn her. =_=

Anyways, after school, we played basketball again. Hehehe... (Insert a "Josh" incident here... for people who want to know...LOL! >=P)

Oh yeah, before I go... I just wanna thank Bianca for teaching me how to dive properly before I left Philippines. It actually saved me from P.E. today! I was able to execute a very nice dive coz of you! Whoo-hoo! Hehehe! (we had a diving test today.) Thanks! Hey...did you know that it's actually fun diving off a diving board? LOL! ^___^

Randomness...and Dilemmas
March 15,2003

How about that? I didnt think I'd be back blogging after nine days. Hehe. Probably because I found some free time off of my new really busy schedule. Although, I am supposed to be doing tons of homework (even if it's a saturday), attending to my promise of calling back some of my friends because I missed their calls (damn it... didnt know I was getting THAT busy), working on my Leadership working hours, thinking of ideas for the committee, completing my insurance papers for Basketball, etc...etc...

*Sighs* =_= Probably, the only reason why I'm actually blogging right now, is because I want to get away from all these responsibilities for a while. Besides, all work and no play IS bad for me...hehehe...

Just read Aissa's latest entry in her new blog. *smiles* Very interesting insights on her friends' personalities, including mine. Haha...come to think of it, I just realized that all of my friends are so diversed... hehehe... I like it that way anyway. Makes life more interesting. ^___^ Although, I have to, somehow, disagree with her describing me as being very feminine. I cant say that I'm not feminine...coz well, I am...BUT NOT ENTIRELY. You can never expect me to wear skirts, wear make-up, talk excessively about boys, talk ditzy, etc. Let's just say that I have a gentle side that can be described as feminine... But when it comes to being rough... heheh...you wouldnt want to know how aggressive I could be. I havent really shown that side to anyone, probably because I'm in no mood to torture or hurt someone. *smirks*

***

Anyways, most of my friends in Philippines have been asking me updates on what has happened to my Basketball games. Although, I really dont want to say...well, I will anyway.

As of now, we already had two practice games. One versus Garfield High and the other versus Marshall High. Keep in mind that these were just practice games. League games will officially start this coming Wednesday, at Verdugo Hills.

Before I proceed to more details, I want you to understand this first: League Basketball team is made up of two sections, one is the freshmen team and the second is the sophomore team. Although it was divided in that way, it doesnt necessarily mean that if you're a frehman you play in the freshmen team and if you're a sophomore you play in the sophomore team. No. You are placed in the sophomore team if you have more skills and knowledge in basketball than the other new players. And the other way goes for the Freshmen team. So anyways, on with the details...

First up, Garfield High. This was gonna be the League's first ever practice basketball game. We havent been training for that long then and the idea of playing against another school was terrifying, considering that it was a first for most of us... especially for me. Since it was a practice game, naturally, you shouldnt be taking everything too seriously. Meaning you wouldnt expect too much pain and torture. Yes, pain and torture. Since our team was still new and all, we didnt have enough girls yet. We practically had exactly five girls to play freshmen, and six for sophomore. So we couldnt really expect subs to take our place if we get exhausted. Meanwhile, Garfield practically had tons of girls. So imagine how tiring it was for us. Not only were we out numbered, we were also being treated with no respect. The referees both called tons of fouls for our team even if we havent even touched any of the garfield players. While the other team was allowed to play as aggressive as they wanted: scratching, slapping, pushing, etc. AND they were not called for any fouls. It's as if they payed those referees to be against us. Not only that, the girls on the other team werent exactly very friendly as well. They had so much negative attitude and trash talking. Our freshmen team played first...versus their freshmen team. Obviously, they were clobbered. I wouldnt blame them anyway, coz we were being mistreated in the first place. Then the sophomore played next... and we were treated even worst. The coach tried defending us and tried to settle things with the refs so that everything would be played fairly, but it didnt work, he was even called for a technical. Most of us got injured and wounded. Since everything was going wrong. The coach told us to stop playing and that we were gonna leave right then and there. We didnt even bother finishing the game...we forfeited...and it wasnt a really good feeling for me.

Next was versus Marshall High. The resulting scores here were pretty good even though we lost. Again, we were out numbered... this time only five players for our freshmen team, and five players for our sophomore team, so yeah...we didnt have any subs and we had to play all four quarters. Meanwhile, the other team practically had an army with them. =_= Before the game, Natalia (Our team Captain), Farrah, and I decided to greet and chat a little with the girls from Marshall...just being friendly. Hehe. Most of them seemed nice and all, even if their captain for their Sophomore team was prideful. Oh well...

First up, were the freshmen. Farrah and I sat at the sidelines and watched them play as we tried to calm down and relax before our game after the freshmen's. It was a home game this time, so we had supporters. ^___^ Well, anyways, our freshmen team lost. So our turn came. Although we scored a hell lot than we did when we played against Garfield, we did suffer from a lot of pain, too. Not only did we have subs, but playing all four quarters was tiring...we were getting drained and the coach didnt really call any time-outs that often. =_= But we managed somehow. The other team took advantage of this, anyhow. They kept calling in subs to replenish their team's energy, so that's practically why we got beaten. Oh, plus the numerous injuries they were inflicting against us. I got the most injuries, since I play forward and am positioned at the low post. By half-time, I had several cuts and bruises on both my legs and arms. Blood trickled down the back of my right hand due to a deep, long, scratch some girl from Marshall who had really sharp nails, gave me. Sadly, the referees didnt call any fouls on these. So I was forced to try to keep strong although my body was trembling from being forced to work too hard and I felt tears threatening due to the enormous pain I was feeling on my body.

But inspite all my injuries and the super tall girl who was guarding me, I did manage to score a lot at the third and fourth quarter, so we caught up a bit. But unfortunately, we still lost. =_= Oh well...

That wasnt the end though... after the game, we had to line up to greet and shake hands with the other players. Just then, some girl from Marshall threw a really harsh insult to us, this got two of my teammates frustrated and confronted the Marshall girls. This, unfortunately, started a fight... The coaches and the referees tried to pull them apart and the coach ordered us to go to the back room of the gym so that Marshall can go. When we got in there I tried helping in trying to calm down my teammates. We waited till Marshall was gone, I was leaning against the wall as I tried to keep my body from trembling due to all the injuries I got. Blood was still on the back of my hand coz I didnt have time to get it wrapped or anything during the game. My open wounds and cuts felt so painful that I felt hot tears threatening to come out but I tried to stop them...I didnt want to cry coz boys were coming out of their locker room and passing by us...trying to comfort us. My body felt cold and my legs felt numb. My knee injury was feeling bad. My teammates were asking me why I didnt get back at them, but I only replied that it wasnt worth it coz it wouldnt be very sportsman-like. As I tried to suck up all the pain, I suddenly felt Farrah's presense beside me. I glanced at her and noticed the painful look on her face. Tears were running down her cheeks and she was clutching her stomach in pain. We asked her what was wrong and she couldnt speak at first, when she finally did, she said that she got punched, hard, by a girl in Marshall when we were greeting them after the game. We asked her why she didnt tell us right away, but she reasoned that she didnt want to cause another fight. We told the coach. We were going to confront Marshall but, they had already left. Man, that was fast... so anyways, they then decided to submit a report on this.

Jeez...these games were really tough... and to think these were just practice games. Hopefully the real league games wont be this tough.=_=

***

Our problems didnt end here though... a couple of days later the coach told us that we were facing new problems, one was some of our school officials were against us girls playing basketball (they've even canceled the girl's softball team already), and second, due to the lack of players for the league, the school officials were deciding to cancel the team. We didnt want this, of course. So we worked hard to recruit more girls. Presently, we were able to gather a lot of girls to try-out. Hopefully, they would work hard to stay in, though. So that was resolved right away. Hehehe... thanks to our team's hard work... I even surprised myself...I was able to charm a lot of girls into joining...heheheh...hopefully, they wont easily give up though...Heheheh...

*sighs* Hopefully, the League would be better. And hopefully, everything would turn out well...

First Day of the Second Semester at Hollywood High...
March 6,2003

I know I said that I was gonna be disappearing a while...or maybe a LONG while... and yeah I will be...but I just made an effort to, at least, write an entry before I go. But first things first... why am gonna be gone for a while, you might ask? Well, first... uhm... I feel REALLY bad, pissed, disappointed, down, etc... Second, I'm back at school already. And hell am I gonna be BUSY! =_=

I wasnt kidding on the busy part... hell no...I'm already having problems on how I'm gonna be juggling my schedule... but I guess I can pretty much do it... I know I can...

Anyways, here's my thing...

First Period: Drawing (it's an elective class that I need. Ms. Potrovitza is pretty nice and all... but the class is just too quiet that it bores me... hopefully that was only because it's the first day... but...well, the class is ok... although I dont know most of the people there...)

Second Period: Advanced P.E (gosh... Mr. Loera..again...huhuhuhu... torture I tell ya... torture! Well, that's based on my experience with him from last semester. I got an "A"... but it was a hard earned "A"...jeez... But I kinda like the challenge he puts on us. ^___^ Damn...it's a hell of a challenge! Killer...heheheh...but cool. But the only thing is that, this semester, I think were gonna be starting with swimming...aww man! I love swimming and all... but still, I guess I'm just too lazy to get into the pool...and it's cold!!!! Brrr!!! Hehe...oh well...)

Third Period: Honor's Class English (Ah... I love this class!!! Mr. Salahub is cool!!! ^___^ He's a really fun teacher...and he loves the Lakers, too!! Weee!!! He found out that I also loved the Lakers so he showed me these posters he made of them from the play-offs...really cool! Also, his rules are pretty cool... simple yet fun... and he's allowing us to eat in his class...cool cool! He's very lively and funny, too! Hehehe... I think I'm gonna be enjoying his class. Also, the thing that makes it fun is the people in class... Farrah is one of my classmates, also Marina...she was in the same English class with me last semester and she's from Russia, and a load of other fun people. We're pretty much a small class...coz it's an honor's class...but it's cool...I like it that way... ^__^)

Fourth Period: Leadership (one of the main reasons why I'm gonna be REALLY busy. I got nominated by two of my teachers last semester for this class (only students with good GPA's get to apply for this)... and so I applied, so that I wouldnt disappoint them or anything for having so much belief in me. ^_^;; Oh well...so anyways, this class is pretty cool...and it's like a student council. We take care of activities in school and all... and we're seperated into different committees with different responsibilities... plus I have to attend loads of meetings and do community services... and get to school as early as 6:30am sometimes...also...stay after school sometimes... *sighs* that's the thing that intercepts with my basketball practices everyday after school. I'm not willing to give up any of these so I'm gonna try my best to juggle my schedule. It's a good way of learning responsiblity, right? ^___^ Oh yeah, our teacher is Ms. Lew and Mr. Payne, but he's off track as of now. The students here are pretty nice so I dont really have a problem. I just have to get all the schedules and meetings memorized and organized...^___^;;)

Fifth Period: Biology (Yay! I have Mr. Estrada again! Wee!!! And damn is this class big! But I have loads of people that I know...hehehe...so I guess this class would be fun, too. ^___^ And we're gonna be disecting frogs and cats now! Cool! ^___^)

Sixth Period: Algebra 2B (Hehe... Mr. Lerner... well, this should be easy coz he makes it easy...as long as I dont get into any trouble... The class is pretty fun and most of my Filipino friends are there. Hehehe...^___^)

*Sighs* So that's my program...and of course, after school each day, I have Basketball practice and if ever... community service and some other committee work... jeez... some of my friends have already asked me if I was trying to kill myself... LOL...oh well... I do have to keep that "A" student image. ^___^ Besides, it keeps me busy.

Oh well, that was practically it. I had fun today and my classes are fine and fun. But somehow, I just feel dissapointed...

I miss someone...

Unclear Head...
March 02,2003

Damn! It's already the second day of March? How fast time flies, huh? Usually, I'd think of this month as my last month in school. Haha. But that was back in Philippines. Now that I'm in U.S, it's more like the first month of the second semester. *groans* Yep...that's right, first day of the second semester is just around the corner. More like this coming Thursday, March 6, 2003. *groans again*

Hmmm...blast it... I actually forgot what I was supposed to be blogging about. It's amazing how my dear parents could tick me off really quick. It's like a chain. They encounter some stupid bit of problem in their everyday lives and it ticks them off. Then they come home and rant the whole damn time and rub their impatience on one of the innocent people here at home. What happens next? That unfortunate victim gets ticked off and rubs the anger on his or her siblings and then so on. Simple, huh?

Ok... so I'm blabbing nonesense again. But bear with it, I'm just trying to cool off and my head is all messed up.

So what's up with me? Hmm...nothing much really. I'm just pretty nervous and excited for my first ever Basketball League game on Wednesday. I know it's just gonna be a practice game against Garfield High...but still if you could only feel what I'm feeling now. *takes a deep breath to calm self* ^___^;;

Speaking of Basketball, I've just heard some stuff about the "unfortunate" results the Basketball team in my old school back in Philippines had experienced. And man am I disappointed. Really disappointed! Ok, here's the thing, I know for a fact that they have good players. And believe me, I dont give a damn if their opponents play like NBA players or if one of their opponents has only one arm but can drill three-pointers galore. So what? It doesnt mean that they cant beat them, right? You might be laughing, but believe me, I know this team can beat the teams of other schools. All they need is more teamwork and less pride.

Speaking of pride, I remember once warning this certain friend of mine about her growing pride. But unfortunately, now I know for a fact that she had not listened to a damn word I said. And what did it cause her? Well...her whole basketball team practically has something against her. Jeez. I feel sorry for her. I mean, what's the use of trying so hard to be the "best" player on the team when in fact you are too selfish to pass the ball to an open teammate? What's the use of scoring most of the team's points by yourself when it leads to your team losing the game anyways? Jeez. I dont care if you have super skills or what, but in my book, a truly good basketball player is an UNSELFISH player. Isnt it true?

Oh and if that friend of mine read the above paragraph and got hit...please bear in mind that I didnt have any intentions of offending you.

Another thing... I wonder why none of them actually bothered to tell me the results right away. Ch... *pouts* I definately have to chat with their captain soon.

Anyways, hopefully things would brighten up for them. I know it will... and I know they can do it. And as what my coach here tells me and my teammates all the time: "If you wanna win, you gotta work for it."
